What makes JSB different from a standard diamond or gemstone supplier?
JSB is fully vertically integrated — meaning we own the entire supply chain from mine access and lab diamond growing, through cutting and polishing, to manufacturing and global export. This gives our clients better pricing, higher quality control, and access to rare materials that conventional suppliers simply cannot offer.
Do you supply both natural and lab-grown diamonds?
Yes. We source natural diamonds directly from primary mine channels and also operate our own lab-grown diamond growing facilities. Whether you need natural stones with full provenance or lab-grown diamonds at volume, we have both — and we're transparent about each.
Can you source specific gemstones that are hard to find elsewhere?
This is one of JSB's core strengths. Because we work directly with mine site holders and primary gemstone networks, we have access to stones that rarely reach the open market — including exceptional alexandrite, rare rubellite, large-carat rubies, and unique collector pieces. What is the minimum order quantity for B2B manufacturing?
Minimum order quantities vary by product type and complexity. We work with clients across a wide range of order sizes — from boutique brands needing 50–100 pieces to retail chains requiring thousands. Contact us with your requirements and we'll advise on what's feasible.
Can JSB manufacture jewellery under my own brand label?
Absolutely. We specialise in OEM and private label manufacturing. Your design, your brand, our manufacturing excellence. We handle production, quality control, and export-ready packaging — you receive finished pieces ready for your shelves.
What does the brand consulting engagement look like?
We offer end-to-end consulting for entrepreneurs and brands entering the jewellery space — covering brand strategy and positioning, product development, sourcing, manufacturing setup, and launch support. Our consulting is grounded in real operational expertise, not theory — because we actually own the supply chain we'll help you access.
How does a bespoke commission work through JSB Jewellery?
It starts with a conversation. We discuss the occasion, the person, and the feeling you want the piece to carry. From there we present stones from our origin-sourced collection. Once you've chosen your stone, our designers create bespoke drawings around it. After your approval, our master craftsmen bring it to life. Every commission comes with full provenance documentation.
Which countries do you export to?
We currently export to 10+ countries across the Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia, GCC), Europe (UK, Belgium, Germany), North America (USA, Canada), and South-East Asia (Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong). If your market isn't listed, reach out — we may still be able to serve you.
